Overview: Enter Co-Living

This project emerged from an in-person collaboration between Nautics Technologies and Dataspark, during a working visit to Barcelona.

While staying at Enter co-Living, the teams met Jimmy, the Marketing Manager at Enter co-Living and also the founder of an IT company. During multiple on-site discussions, it became clear that Enter co-Living had a strong physical real-estate operation—but no digital ecosystem to support community engagement.

Enter co-Living operates in the co-living and student housing space, serving international tenants, students, and young professionals. While accommodation was handled well, there was no structured way for tenants to:

  • Communicate issues
  • Share feedback
  • Access additional services
  • Build community
  • Participate in learning or wellness programs

What started as a conversation quickly evolved into a larger idea:

A digital club and community platform that extends co-living into lifestyle, education, and wellness.

Business Requirements

After structured discussions involving Dhaval Rana , Federico, Jimmy, and the Nautics, Dataspark team, the requirements were defined across four layers.

1. Community & Communication

  • A digital space for tenants and students
  • Ability to raise issues and feedback
  • Centralized communication channel

2. Membership-Based Services

  • Spanish language classes (online & offline)
  • Gym access and personal training bookings
  • Coffee and coworking access
  • Partner services bundled into membership

3. Booking & Access Control

  • Class booking (Spanish, gym, PT sessions)
  • Session scheduling
  • Membership validation

4. Monetization & Rewards

  • Paid membership plans
  • Points and rewards logic
  • Clear value exchange for tenants

Challenges

This was not a technical challenge first. it was a business design challenge.

1. No Existing Platform

There was:

  • No community system
  • No membership logic
  • No booking infrastructure
  • No rewards framework

Everything had to be built from zero.

2. Multi-Service Complexity

The platform had to unify:

  • Education (Spanish classes)
  • Wellness (gym & PT)
  • Lifestyle (coffee, coworking)
  • Real estate tenants

Most platforms fail because they try to solve only one of these.

3. Real-World Partnerships

The solution needed to integrate real businesses, not just digital features:

  • Spanish teachers
  • Gyms
  • Cafeterias
  • Coworking spaces

Digital logic had to match real-world operations.

Our Solution

We approached this as a community ecosystem, not a website.

Step 1: Business Model & Club Design

Before touching technology, Nautics Technologies and Dataspark worked with Enter co-Living to:

  • Design the club membership model
  • Define access rules
  • Structure rewards and points
  • Decide what is free vs paid
  • Bundle services logically

This prevented feature chaos later.

Step 2: Community Platform Architecture

We designed a platform that acts as:

  • A community hub
  • A service marketplace
  • A booking system
  • A membership gateway

This allowed tenants and students to:

  • Join the club
  • Access services
  • Book sessions
  • Participate in activities
  • Feel part of a community, not just renters

Step 3: Custom Website Development

The core platform was built using Laravel, chosen for:

  • Custom logic flexibility
  • Security
  • Scalability
  • Full ownership of data and workflows

The website supports:

  • Membership pages
  • Service descriptions
  • Partner landing pages
  • Community information

Step 4: Education & Wellness Integration

We implemented:

  • Spanish classes (remote & in-person)
  • Teacher onboarding
  • Session scheduling
  • Gym partnerships
  • Personal trainer booking logic

This transformed the platform from “information” into active usage.

Step 5: Funnel & Booking Automation

For lead capture, booking, and automation, we integrated GoHighLevel.

This enabled:

  • Booking funnels
  • Class registrations
  • Automated follow-ups
  • Membership onboarding journeys

Laravel handled the core system.
GoHighLevel handled growth and automation.

Step 6: Partner Landing Pages

We created dedicated landing pages for:

  • Gym partners
  • Cafeteria / coffee coworking
  • Spanish classes
  • Community membership

Each partner gained visibility.
Each member gained value.
